We stand behind our educational programs with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email us at info@vitalskeletonel.world with:

  • Your email address or account name
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief explanation (optional)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of approval. Your payment method will be credited automatically.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • First-month subscriptions (within 14 days of purchase)
  • Cancellations requested within the guarantee period

After the 14-day window, subscriptions cannot be refunded but may be cancelled, stopping future charges immediately.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for future periods.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period (can be stopped to prevent future charges)
  • Free trial periods or promotional credits
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases (contact us; we may issue a credit for the future instead)

6. Billing Issues

If you were charged in error or have billing questions:

  • Provide your transaction ID (if available) and details
  • We will investigate and resolve within 7 business days

7. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation Reminders

We send renewal reminders before your billing date. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We are not liable for charges after notification of non-payment.

8. Team or Corporate Licenses

Refunds for team licenses or custom agreements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly to discuss your options.

9. Currency & Exchange Rates

If you are billed in a currency other than USD, refunds are processed in your original currency. Exchange rate fluctuations are not our responsibility.
